Fun!

So I have an amazing friend who just started taking photography more seriously....and I'm so glad she did! Haha, her name is Jesa and she decided to take pictures of me (I figure it's because I'm the tallest friend she has lol). We went to a few different and very random locations. It's was super fun to see the process a model and photographer goes through to provide an awesome photo. Needless to say I'm no model so I did find it somewhat hard hahaha

Fabulous Fall Fashion 101

Hello my loves! So I'm sure you all have noticed a change in the weather, trees, and what's in stores and magazines. There's a lot of hoopla about being comfortably chic this fall season. The goal is to look very put together in addition to being comfortable and practical (especially for us moms out there). I'm constantly thinking about what works on certain body types, figures, ect. So I've put together a short list of what to avoid and what to pounce on when it comes to this seasons fashion.

1) Leggings are a definite YES no matter what size you are. Why? Because they are comfortable and can take a favorite summer dress into a fall apporiate ensemble. Leggings are truly a girls best friend when it comes to going on a causal coffee date or if you pair them with a cute suede wedge and you're ready for a fun night out. Oh! Leggings are great because you can bend over, sit down, all that stuff with out showing the world your undies.

2) Sweater dress! This is one of the main reasons I've been wanting the weather to cool down. You can wear this staple in a variety of ways, fitted, over sized, paired with leggings (of course), thigh highs, the possibilities are endless.

3) Avoid over doing prints and accessories. Im sure this is a duh for most of you lol. I'm a firm believer in letting each item of clothing or speak for itself.

4) Neutrals compliment any skin tone. Going with a toned down, neural version of reds, oranges, and yellows really make a nice, relaxing statement.

5) Shoes girlfriend! platforms are so comfy! Wear a pair and you'll be able to dress up any outfit!! Suede wedge like platforms are totally available at pretty much any shoe store at a range of prices. They come in so Many different colors and Styles...you'll definitely fall in love with them.
